The Nike Recess Federation (NRF) is a recreational basketball league run in New York City. It is created for the urban and creative professionals of New York. It is commissioned by Nike NYC. Membership into the NRF is extremely limited. The league consists of 10 teams, 100 players, a full draft, GMs, team captains, franchise players, free agency, trades and an all-star game, and our finals are played at the world's most famous arena-Madison Square Garden. To be eligible to play in the NRF, you must be referred by an existing member of the NRF.
