Finals Preview: Uptempo vs. Huarache

After a 24-week season and two rounds of playoff action, we've finally arrived. The prognosticators have prognosticated, the haters have hated and the trash talk (from both sides) has been spoke, served and left in anonymous comments on the site. While there were a bunch of teams that had a chance this season, we wouldn't want it any other way. Both Uptempo and Huarache come into this final matchup with a matching 17-3 record. But who's going to get lucky No. 18?

Key Matchup: Scott Williams vs. Billy Dodson

Less than a month ago, Huarache let the wind out of Uptempo's sail. And while the positive PR coming out of the Uptempo camp was that they were glad to lose that game before the playoffs, it's hard to believe them. In that meeting, Uptempo finished with only 32 points and no one cracked double digits. If they want to complete their three-peat, that simply can't happen. The scorers from both teams are going to have to score, and the defense is going to have to be played at a level never-before seen. If you're not coming to MSG on Thursday night, you'll be missing out one perhaps the greatest championship game in NRF history.

    definitely only lost 2 games -- Shox first game of Season and Uptempo like our 3 or 4 game of the season also important to note -- Keith was not at our first game of the season !!
