Week 12

- Team Dunk V. Team Foamposite

Week 12 Recap: Team Dunk vs. Team Foamposite

Dunk 39, Foamposite 49

The last run of the night saw Foamposite take on Dunk in what was a very slow, sloppy, mess of a game. The nightcap saw even saw extensive cherrypicking! Dunk's Steve Halo led that effort and finished with team high nine points in a losing effort,  and if I'm not mistaken, seven of those points came from cherrypicking.

Dunk star point forward Dan Solomito was nowhere to be found to start this game and Dunk looked worried. Foamposite took advantage of Dan's absence and started the game on a 13-5 run. When Dan finally showed up around the seven-minute mark, he entered straight into the game without any warm up or stretching. Dunk gave the ball to their star every time down to try and get back into the game but Dan couldn't throw a rock in the ocean.

On the other side, every player on foamposite played well tonight, and it was a total team effort. Foam's attack was a balanced scoring assault that saw Mike Tumbarello leading the team with 15 points.

The final score for this game was 49-30 in favor of Foamposite.

Exactly, Justin. Stat guys miss shit, which is cool. It happens. But some of the misses are absurd.
