As this NRF season feels like it has dragged on longer than a Douglas/Lincoln debate, some good things have transpired. Teams are starting to gel, new friendships are being made and lots of trades are going down. Teams more than ever are trying to compete with the elite (Uptempo and Hurrache). Once again, these are just my thoughts and assessments (all biz never personal) as I attempt to break down each team going into the playoff stretch.

Uptown Conference

Huarache
- Not much to say here. LeKeith knows what he’s doing. They are very big and very, very good.
- Will D. Broadwater (which sounds like Diddy’s golf caddy) ever not make a comment regarding any matter?
- Can anyone get past the Cookie Monster?

Generation
- How long until Joe and Dan butt heads?
- Will Dan make the 1 or 2 playoff games they need him for?
- Is Bobby J done trading?
- As other teams got younger, Gen got older. (Is it one last push fellas?)

Shox
- CGF, can you be the Tony Massenburg of the NRF or Jimmy Jackson? You may look descent in Dunk Green homey!
- Josh and Lenny Dixon could do an Ironman competition.
- Josh, do you miss the Gazelle (Jed Berger)? He was the backbone of Shox.

Hyperflight
- Does anyone but AP think they can make some noise?
- Why would AP iD Kobe’s that were almost the same ones given out at the All-Star game?
- Is it time for Bobby to unleash Niko? That’s what trades are for.

Foamposite
- Not sure what Do is trying to do with this squad?
- Some good moves, but can they compete with Huarache and the new D.Solo /Branch Generation?
- Will Drew Simon help? He’s one of the best role dudes out there.

Downtown Conference

Dunk
- Did I make the squad competitive enough this year (as opposed to last) to win a playoff game?
- Does Reggie Dance wear Karl Kani jean shorts to the games?
- Will Ryan ever trim the beard, or does the help him shoot better?
- Can Will Dubose ever be negative or curse? 

Terminator
- Does Chan hang it up after this year? If so, does G-Stone take the team over or does he opt out?
- Calling out to the marketing rep from VitaLoco, hit Treas up. He looks a bit thirsty out there.
- Have teams locked into Omar after his furious start?

Air Force 1
- Hope Bob is happy and likes his new purps!
- Will they win without PR?
- Burke is still an absolute beast, and seems hungrier than ever. Watch out playoff time!
- Hog Daddy, please continue to do those lookaways. They're priceless!

Delta Force
- Trading the top 2 picks from each round, a very bold move!
- Are they forecasting a return of Erksine?
- Keep shooting Smiley!
- Is Gabe having fun yet?

Uptempo
- Three-peat? Maybe.
- Will Reason get burn if they do make it? He’s at every game, and can shoot fellas.
- My MVP is hands down Scotty Wills.
- Terrence, thanks for the captain/coaching tips for next year.

Should be an chinteresting (a reference to Lucian Dix) final run. Whoever makes the Garden, it will be well deserved.
